We have a strict quality control system throughout the production process: 1) Incoming inspection: testing raw materials (PC, EPS foam, inner pading, mesh, etc.) to ensure they meet standards; 2) In-process inspection: checking the production process (design printing, shell vacuum forming, assembly, printing) to avoid defects; 3) Final inspection: 100% inspection of finished products (size, weight, appearance, safety performance) before delivery. We also accept third-party inspection (such as SGS, BV) at the buyer's request.
